We're a boutique agency on Colorado's Front Range with a deliberately small client roster. That shapes the work: fewer accounts, more depth on each one, and no layer between you and the decisions.

We keep the roster small on purpose, and that changes the job more than any perks list would.
You work directly with the founder
There's no account-management layer to pass things through. You sit close to the strategy, hear the reasoning behind the calls, and take on more of them as you're ready.
You see the whole system, not one slice
Paid search talks to email, which talks to the website, which talks to the CRM. Working here means learning how those connect, rather than owning one channel in isolation.
Honesty is the operating system
We tell clients "this won't work" and "spend less here" when it's true. That only holds if the same candor runs internally, so saying the uncomfortable thing is part of the job, not a risk to manage.
Remote, with time together
We work remotely, with required in-person team events periodically, so we hire along the Front Range, from Castle Rock to Fort Collins. Expect real hands-on training on the platforms rather than a course link and a wish of good luck.
